About Mario Arnauz Bonds

Mario Arnauz Bonds is a multi-talented motivational speaker and singer/song writer. Made famous by NBC Universal's 2012 run of The Glee Project Season 2, Mario has enjoyed entertaining and inspiring millions. He is the author of "Without Sight but Full of Vision," an inspiring childhood memoir that depicts his triumph over adversity. He is also an accomplished voiceover artist, radio broadcaster and musician.

Despite the mountain of curve balls in his childhood, Mario has remained a relentless champion in his quest to entertain and motivate the world. From going totally blind, to abandonment, abuse and homelessness, he has persevered, and has never lost his spirit, nor his vision and attitude for success and rising above odds.

One of a set of triplets, Mario comes from alarge family of nine siblings. He was born with Morning Glory Syndrome, a degenerative condition that destroyed the optic nerve in both of his eyes, leaving him totally blind by age eight. But this is no setback. Mario can also dance, act, and play the piano, guitar and drums.

As a gifted teen, Mario attended Suitland's School for the Visual and Performing Arts in Forestville, MD, where he learned music theory and fell further in love with the performing arts. After high school, He went onto George Mason University in Fairfax, VA where he graduated in 2010 with a degree in journalism. On The Glee Project, Mario showed Hollywood, and the world, that a person with a disability can rise to meet any challenge. In recognition of his work with students, the performing arts and his inspiring motivational speaking, He was awarded the prestigious Imagination Award for 2012.

A jack of many entertainment trades, Mario is sharing his many talents, story, music and message with the world. His inspiring childhood memoir, "Without Sight but Full of Vision" has been a source of inspiration for many. It is available via Barnes & Noble and Amazon. He believes the performing arts have healing powers, and his memoir illustrates just that.

Mario is a powerful speaker with the ability to draw auiences in. His presentations are thought provoking, inspiring and the perfect blend of education and entertainment.
